You may be struggling with something specific, feel stuck in familiar patterns, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply.
I offer counselling and psychotherapy for both individuals and couples. My aim is to provide confidential and non-judgemental space for us to talk openly about whatever is on your mind.
Together, we can explore what has brought you to therapy and what you may want to be different.
I provide therapy both online and in person in North East London.
About Me
I am a Transactional Analysis Psychotherapist in advanced clinical training at the Metanoia Institute in London.
My approach stems from the belief that our relationships, with ourselves, others and with the world around us, are the foundation of how we experience life.
Over time, many of us have developed ways of relating to the world that may once have helped us cope or adapt but no longer serve us in the present.
My aim is to work collaboratively with you, to understand the experiences that have shaped you and the ways you have learned to navigate life. Through this understanding, I believe we can create space for new perspectives, choices and ways of relating.
Alongside private practice, I offer long term counselling through Women & Health in Camden.
I also have experience working with individuals living with suicidal thoughts, through volunteering at The Listening Place.
Qualifications & Professional Practice:
MSc Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy (In progress) – Metanoia Institute, London.
Certificate in Transactional Analysis 101 – Metanoia Institute, London.
Foundation in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling – The Minster Centre, London.
I attend regular clinical supervision, ongoing training and personal psychotherapy. I adhere to the UKCP ethical framework and I am a registered UKCP trainee member.
I am fully insured, and I am registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Individual Therapy
I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences to address all sorts of challenges. I offer both short term therapy (8 – 10 sessions) and longer term therapy depending on what you need.
Finding the right therapist matters. Therapy is most effective when you feel comfortable with your therapist and able to build a trusting relationship.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, for you to ask any questions, and to get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit. If you decide you’d like to continue, we’ll agree an initial period of work and review things together as therapy progresses.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy offers a space to better understand your relationship and the challenges you are facing as a couple. You may be experiencing recurring conflict, feeling disconnected, struggling to communicate, navigating a significant life event, or simply wanting to strengthen your relationship.
I work with couples across all life stages, creating a space where both partners can feel heard and where we can explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
As a first step we will have an initial assessment together where we will explore what you need from therapy and how best to work together. If we decide to continue, I usually recommend an initial six sessions before taking time to review how things are progressing and what feels most helpful going forward.

We can arrange to speak on the phone for a short call (around 15 mins). This is a chance to meet one another and for you to answer any questions you may have. After this, we would have an introductory session where we would explore our work together.
